Island Hope Nursery, Sandown - staff

All staff hold relevant childcare qualifications and regularly attend courses to update their knowledge and skills. Students are on placement in the setting from a variety of childcare courses.

At Hope Childcare we work on a "Key Person" system whereby a member of staff is allocated to each child to be their main carer whilst in the group. They will play with them, monitor their development and assess their progress. Parents will receive a progress report half-termly and are invited to contribute in any way to the report.

A member of staff will always be available to discuss your child's progress or any other matter.
